1. Preparation
Confirmed orders are prepared according to availability and operational workload. Stated timescales are estimates unless a guaranteed date is explicitly offered.
2. Discreet packaging
Shipments are prepared in plain outer packaging whenever the logistics service allows, avoiding visible references to the intimate contents of the order.
3. Rates and destinations
Costs are calculated according to destination, service and current conditions and are shown before payment. See the shipping rates available.
4. Delivery
The customer must provide a correct and accessible address. If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect information, absence or reasons attributable to the recipient, any additional costs that legally apply and that have been communicated may be charged.
5. Damage or incidents
If the package arrives damaged, tampered with or incomplete, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible, providing the order number and, when useful, photographs of the condition received.
