There is normally a delay between label creation and the carrier’s first scan. Check again later using the same official tracker.

Why are some carriers not filled in automatically?

Some carriers, such as NACEX or SEUR, may require extra details or do not publish a universal pre-filled link. EAP copies your number before opening their website so you do not have to find it again.

Can EAP change the status shown by the carrier?

No. The logistics status comes exclusively from the carrier. Our page provides premium, secure access to its official systems.
