It's normal for there to be a gap between the label being created and the carrier's first scan. Check again later using the same official tracking reference.

Why aren't some carriers filled in automatically?

Some carriers, such as NACEX or SEUR, may require additional data or do not publish a pre-filled universal link. EAP copies your number before opening their website to prevent you having to search for it again.

Can EAP modify the status shown by the carrier?

No. The shipping status comes exclusively from the carrier. Our page is a premium, secure access to their official systems.
